Is this security camera really 4K? Why can’t I see 4K resolution on my Ctronics app?

You can change your video resolution preference to the HD in the lower right corner of the monitoring page. (Resolution may be effected by the network)

Does this ctroncis camera 590C support 2.4g and 5g Wi-Fi networks?

Yes. The connection distance of 2.4Ghz wifi is farther than 5Ghz wifi, when the router and camera distance is far away, it is recommended to connect and use; The transmission speed of 5Ghz wifi is faster than 2.4Ghz wifi. When the router and camera is closer, it is recommended to connect.
